Chandigarh: Punjab Advocate General Anmol Rattan Singh Sidhu resigned today. Senior advocate Anmol Rattan Singh Sidhu was appointed advocate general after the Aam Aadmi Party government was formed in Punjab but he has resigned today. The reason for his resignation is being cited as personal.
Advocate General Anmol Rattan Sidhu had sent his resignation to the Punjab government on July 19, while continuous efforts were being made by the Punjab government to convince him.
