Covid cases on rise in India, Union minister to hold review meeting today

New Delhi: Covid-19 pandemic infection in India has once again gained momentum. According to the report released by the Ministry of Health, 13,313 new cases of corona have been reported in the last 24 hours while 10,972 people have recovered from the disease.

There were 38 deaths and active cases in the country have increased to over 83,000 (83,990 cases). Earlier, on June 22, 12,249 new cases of corona infection were recorded across the country while 13 people have died.

In view of the surge in corona cases, Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya will hold a meeting with the officials today. In this meeting, it will be discussed to rein in the increasing cases of Corona. The meeting will also be attended by medical experts.
