New Delhi: Staying healthy in the summer is not as difficult as it seems. This time, the weather is also changing a lot in the summer season. Sometimes there are clouds for two to three days, sometimes there is continuous intense sunlight. And sometimes it starts raining without weather. So pay a little attention, make some things a part of daily life and stay healthy.

Hydration

Physically active

Sun exposure

Full sleep

The right diet

What are the symptoms of dehydration?

To know whether your body is fully hydrated or not, you need to know what are the symptoms of dehydration.

Frequent dry mouth

Constant feeling of urine pressure

The color of urine is dark yellow.

Passing urine by drop-drop

Pain in the head without talking

Feeling restless

Constipation

Feeling of tension in the muscles

Easy way to stay fit

To stay physically fit, you should either walk for 40 minutes every day or exercise for 25 minutes.

The walk should always start slow and then gradually increase the speed. Similarly, when you have to finish the walk, gradually reduce the speed and then stop. Do not stop walking suddenly.

Sun exposure

Fearing blackness, most people avoid going out during the sun. However, this attitude is not right at all. Because the body also needs sunlight.

If you protect the body from sunexposure for a long time, then mental health problems can occur. Sleep can be disturbed together.

It is not necessary that you apply sunscreen before going out in the sun. It is also important to get out without sunscreen so that the body can get vitamin D.

Tanning is not as bad a thing as the marketing of beauty products has made it. So change your thinking and stay healthy.

How to keep the brain healthy

You must get 7 to 8 hours of sleep every day. So much time is needed to relax the mind and heal the body. By sleeping for so long, the body remains healthy and the effect of heat does not disturb mentally.

Healthy diet

Some things must be included in your daily diet in the summer meal and they should also be taken care of the time of eating. For example, always eat yogurt at lunch time.

Take dry fruits for breakfast or at snack time.

Always eat fruits in the time between breakfast and lunch.

New Delhi: In view of the increasing cases of Corona once again in the country, the Central government has given special instructions to 8 states. The Centre has asked these states to keep an eye on the rising cases as well as the infection rate and infection per 100 tests. The epidemic is not over yet and there is need to be vigilant at every level, Union Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan has mentioned these things in his letter to eight states.

Rajesh Bhushan further said that the cases of hospitalization and death from Corona are very low, but the increase in new cases of corona in the state and districts indicates the spread of infection at the local level.

Bhushan said in his letter that these states and districts (high daily cases and/or high test positivity rate) need to be closely monitored and measures need to be taken to control such surge in the initial stages.

At the same time, there is a need to establish the requisite public health measures to control it.

The states which have been asked by the central government to be vigilant about Corona and keep an eye on the increasing cases include Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Kerala, Karnataka, Haryana and Delhi.

According to the data, the number of such districts is one in UP, 11 in Tamil Nadu, 6 in Rajasthan, 8 in Maharashtra, 14 in Kerala, 12 in Haryana and 11 in Delhi.

New Delhi: To keep the body healthy, it is very important to balance all the elements including hormones, vitamins, amino acids. If any of these elements increase too much, then trouble starts to occur. If you have problems with your toes, joints, then uric acid may have increased.

The amount of uric acid in the body should be between 3.5 to 7.2 milligrams per deciliter.

When uric acid increases more than this, there is a problem of high uric acid. With this, many types of problems arise in the body including risk of heart attack. Let’s try to find out what are the symptoms of increasing uric acid and what are the preventions?

Uric acid is made from the things we eat. Cells contribute a lot to making it. Kidneys work to filter a large part of uric acid. This increases uric acid in the blood. Later it starts accumulating between the bones. This starts causing bone related problems.

This can increase the problem

Uric acid starts increasing due to poor eating and lifestyle.

Usually people drink less water. This is also the reason for the increase in uric acid. In addition to drinking more alcohol, protein-rich diet, this disease is also genetic. At the same time, diabetes, BP, anti-cancer drugs and pain killers can also increase the amount of uric acid.

Red meat, seafood can also increase the problem of uric acid. Apart from this, soda, ice cream, candy, fast food also causes harm.

These symptoms appear when uric acid increases

Many symptoms appear when uric acid increases. These include pain in the joints, swelling in the fingers, difficulty in getting up and sitting, feeling weak, complaints of lumps in the joints. As it increases, there is swelling in the muscles.

Unbearable pricking can occur in the feet and fingers of the hands. Too much uric acid can lead to kidney failure, kidney stones and increased blood pressure. The risk of heart attack also increases.

Follow this diet to protect yourself

Fresh fruits and vegetables should be consumed. Lemon, orange, berries should be eaten. The citric acid present in them helps in removing uric acid. Potatoes, rice, whole grain bread and pasta work to control uric acid. Apart from this, you should drink plenty of water.

In such a situation, as a precaution, many states have made masks mandatory again. Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya held a review meeting earlier this week and advised states to remain vigilant and review COVID-19 preparedness

The health minister also urged the state health ministers to conduct mock drills in all hospital infrastructure on April 10 and 11.

Meanwhile, Haryana government has made it mandatory to wear face masks in public places as a precautionary measure. The state health department has urged the public to adopt Covid-appropriate behaviour. The district administration and panchayats have been directed to ensure that it is implemented in all parts of the state.

Similarly, Kerala has also made masks mandatory for pregnant women, the elderly and people with lifestyle diseases.

New Delhi: The Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya on Friday expressed concern about the increasing Covid-19 cases in the country. For this, he held a review meeting with the health ministers of states and union territories regarding the covid-19 situation in the country.

Union Health Minister Mandaviya said that they have to be vigilant and not spread unnecessary fear. He requested all health ministers to hold a review meeting on health facilities and infrastructure in view of the Covid situation in their states.

The Minister also announced to conduct mock drills on Covid across the country on April 10 and 11. Along with this, he has also asked the health ministers of the states to visit the hospitals.

According to sources, during the meeting, the Union Health Minister asked the state governments to strengthen the preparations at their level in view of the increasing cases of Corona. He said that people should be made aware about the increasing cases of Corona and people should also not be lax about it.

New Delhi: The impact of the Covid-19 vaccine has been found to be less in people affected by high levels of air pollution before the corona virus epidemic, a new research claimed.

In particular, people exposed to fine particulate matter (PM2.5), nitrogen dioxide (NO2) and black carbon showed a 10 per cent decline in IgM and IgG antibody response before infection, the researchers said.

The findings, published in the journal Environmental Health Perspectives, provide further evidence about the adverse effects of air pollution on the immune system.

Manolis Kogevinas of the Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal) said air pollution has adverse health effects, including lung cancer, heart and respiratory diseases and diabetes.

Kogevinas said, “The effects of air pollutants on the immune system have been observed. So in this study, we wanted to determine whether air pollution also affects the antibody response to COVID-19 vaccines.”

The team analysed data from 927 participants aged between 40 and 65. These participants answered a questionnaire and gave blood samples in the summer of 2020 and the spring of 2021. All of them had taken one or two doses of the Spanish Covid-19 vaccines astraZeneca, Pfizer or Moderna.

The research team assessed IgM, IgG and IgA antibodies in these people. Prior to the pandemic, participants were estimated to be exposed to PM2.5, black carbon, NO2 and ozone (O3), depending on the places they lived.

The results showed that in individuals who were not infected with the coronavirus, exposure to PM2.5, NO2 and black carbon before the pandemic had reduced vaccine antibodies by 5 to 10 per cent.
