‘Received request from Pak PM to take Sidhu in my cabinet’: Amarinder

Jalandhar: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has released a new slogan for the assembly elections, “Hun nahi khawange dhoka, Kejriwal-Bhagwant Mann ko devange ek mauka”. AAP’s chief ministerial candidate Bhagwant Mann formally released this new slogan of the party in a press conference in Jalandhar on Monday.

Addressing the media, Mann said, “People of Punjab have been deceived many times. Earlier people did not have option. So, people used to vote for either Akali or Congress. This time, the people of Punjab will not be deceived. Now people have got a better alternative in the form of Aam Aadmi Party. On February 20, the people of Punjab will make history by writing a new chapter.”

Mann expressed gratitude to the people of Punjab, party and party’s national convener Arvind Kejriwal for reposing faith and trust in him. He said that it was only because of the love of the people of Punjab and the trust of the party that he has been able to reach here today even after belonging to an ordinary family and small village. He said, “Now my responsibility has doubled. With the increased responsibility, my courage has also increased. Now I am working day and night with double zeal.”
