New Delhi: New Delhi: In view of the rapidly deteriorating security situation in Ukraine, including attacks in the western parts of the country, it has been decided that the Indian Embassy in Ukraine will be temporarily relocated in Poland.
The situation will be reassessed in the light of further developments, officials said.
Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi interacted with stakeholders involved in Operation Ganga earlier.
The Union government under the Operation Ganga has evacuated about 23000 Indian citizens, as well as 147 foreign nationals belonging to 18 countries, from Ukraine.
