San Francisco (USA): Elon Musk, the new owner of social media platform Twitter, said he was “apologising” to the suspended accounts. Musk had released a ‘poll’ on Twitter asking people to give their advice on the restoration of accounts that “have not broken the law or were not involved in any kind of ‘spam’.
72 percent of the votes were cast for the restoration of such accounts. Musk wrote after the results of the poll, “The people have given their decision. There will be a waiver from next week. The voice of the people is the voice of God. Last week, Musk had used the same Latin phrase ,’People’s voice, god’s voice’, while restoring former US President Donald Trump’s account.
