Delhi close to becoming Covid-19 free! Not a single case detected for second time this month

New Delhi: In a big relief, for the second time this month, not a single patient suffering from Covid-19 infection has been found in 24 hours, which shows that Delhi has controlled this epidemic to a great extent.

Earlier in January, in the health report released on the 16th, it was claimed that not a single corona patient was found. With this, the positivity rate in Delhi has come down to zero, which will help Delhi to be ready to compete with the new variant.

According to the report released by the Delhi Health Department, 1,258 coronavirus tests have been conducted in the last 24 hours, in which not a single infected patient has been confirmed, which indicates that the corona epidemic in Delhi is under control.

With this, the positivity rate in the capital has reached zero. At present, there are a total of 11 active patients in Delhi, out of which 9 are undergoing treatment at home. Apart from this, 2 patients are being treated in the hospital.

Even though Corona is under control in Delhi, people have always been advised to be aware of the new variant of Corona. The mandatory use of masks in Delhi has been done away with, but still many people use masks themselves for protection in metros and crowded places, which is a good initiative.

Meanwhile, a total of 20,07,368 corona cases have been reported in Delhi so far. At the same time, the death toll from Corona is 26,522.
