Chandigarh belongs only to Punjab and it doesn’t even have a drop of water to give to anyone: BJP

Chandigarh: BJP Punjab president Ashwani Sharma on Saturday said that Chandigarh belongs to Punjab only and it doesn’t have even a single drop of spare water for anyone.

Addressing a press conference in Patiala after holding a meeting with party leaders in view of the forthcoming municipal corporation elections and Tiranga Yatra programme, Sharma said that Punjab does not even have a drop to give to any other state.

He also lashed out at Aam Aadmi Party and its supremo Arvind Kejriwal and said that he is misleading Punjabis. Referring to the withdrawal of Delhi’s excise policy, the BJP leader also said termed AAP a corrupt party.
