Chandigarh: Punjab Jail, Mining and Education Minister Harjot Bains has faced backlash from people for not wearing a mask during his visit in Hoshiarpur for the district-level Independence Day function.
When the minister, who arrived at the inauguration of the mohalla clinic, was asked about it, Bains apologised.
He said he will wear a mask right now. Harjot Bains had recuperated recently after testing Covid-19 a few days ago. He resumed work after ending his isolation and recovery from covid.
