India drops below to Pakistan after deduction in two WTC points for slow over-rate against England

London: After the defeat in the fifth Test, the Indian team has also suffered a big blow in the World Test Championship Points Table. Due to the slow over speed in the Test match, India has suffered a loss of 2 points, due to which the Indian team has now come fourth in the points table. Apart from the cutting of points, India has also been fined 40 per cent of the match fee.

It has benefited the Pakistan which is now at number three. In such a situation, now if Team India has to reach the final now, then it will have to win all its remaining Test series. Currently, India’s team has 52.08 percent points while there are 75 points.
