Lata Mangeshkar is in ICU, showing signs of improvement: Spokesperson

New Delhi: Veteran singer Lata Mangeshkar is under observation in the ICU at Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital, spokesperson said.

She had tested positive for COVID-19 last month and is still in the ICU but she is showing sign of recovery.

On Friday night, the legendary singer’s spokesperson issued a statement and said, “A sincere appeal. Please do not give wind to any false news, Lata Didi is in the ICU under treatment being treated by Dr Pratit Samdani and his team of doctors. The family and the doctors need their space.”
