Chandigarh: The BSF has recovered a cache of arms and ammunition near the International Border in Punjab, which was dropped by a drone from Pakistan.
On the intervening night of January 17-18, BSF troops heard the sound of a drone coming from Pakistan in the border village of Ucha Takla in Gurdaspur district.
The BSF team fired at the drone and heard the sound of something falling on the ground. A search of the area led to the recovery of four Chinese pistols, eight magazines and a packet of 47 bullets.
