New Delhi: Indian Railways is considered to be the lifeline of the common people of the country. Every day thousands of trains are operated by the railways. However, today, a large number of trains have been cancelled by the Railways, diverted and Rescheduled Train List.
The main reason for this is the protests against the Agneepath scheme. A large number of trains in different parts of the country were cancelled.
In many states like Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, there is violent protest due to the new scheme of recruitment in the Army. In many places trains have been set on fire in the name of protest. Due to this, the railways have suffered heavy losses.
The railways have suffered heavy losses. Keeping in view the law and order situation and the safety of passengers, the railways has decided to cancel a large number of trains.
Meanwhile, over 250 people have been arrested by police for damaging government property during the protest.
