Three aircraft crashed at the same time, chartered planes in Bharatpur, Sukhoi-Mirage lost control in Morena

New Delhi: A Sukhoi-30 and Mirage 2000 aircraft crashed near Morena district on Saturday morning. According to defence sources, search and rescue operations are underway. At the same time, a chartered plane is also reported to have crashed from Bharatpur city of Rajasthan.

As soon as the information was received, the police and administration team reached the spot. District Collector Alok Ranjan himself has reached the spot.

There is no trace of the pilot of both fighter jets killed in this accident. Efforts are being made to contact them. It is also being speculated that the accident in Morena may have happened due to the collision of the two fighter jets, because both jets have crashed at the same place. According to experts, the pilot intelligently crashed the jet into the forest. But still the loss of life and property cannot be ruled out.

According to defence sources, there were two pilots in the Sukhoi-300 at the time of the accident. While mirage 2000 had 1 pilot aboard. The Indian Air Force Court of Inquiry (IAF Court of Inquiry) has been started to find out whether this accident occurred due to the collision of the two fighter jets in the air.

According to initial reports, both pilots are safe while an IAF helicopter is arriving soon at the location of the third pilot.
