New Delhi: Former New Zealand captain Ross Taylor has made a shocking revelation about the Indian Premier League franchise Rajasthan Royals.
Ross Taylor says he was slapped three or four times by the Rajasthan Royals owner during an IPL match in 2011. Ross Taylor has revealed this in his recently written book.
Ross Taylor did not expect anything like this to happen while playing the IPL. Ross Taylor said, “During a match played in Mohali in 2011, I got out for zero. The Owner of Rajasthan Royals slapped me three or four times over this matter.
Ross Taylor further said, “Even though he did it in jest. He told me that we don’t pay you that much money to get out for zero. After doing this, he started laughing. The slaps were not slapped hard. But on a professional platform like IPL, you don’t expect that,” he said.
