Chandigarh: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday called former chief minister and SAD patron Parkash Singh Badal to enquire about his health.
Badal has tested postive for COVID-19 on Wednesday and he was taken to Dayanand Medical College, Ludhiana.
Badal, 94, had been visiting door-to-door in his turf Lambi to. canvass voters ahead of the Punjab Vidhan Sabha elections.
