Chandigarh: Mobile internet services have been temporarily suspended in Patiala from 9:30 am to 6 pm today.
The decision has been taken by the Department of Home Affairs, Government of Punjab.
Police and administration will share factual information, no false information should be believed and to prevent any misinformation amid tension in Patiala, internet services suspended, police officials said.
Meanwhile, a heavy police force have been deployed in the district to avoid any untoward incidents.
