Dantewada (Chhattisgarh): Naxals have carried out a major attack on security forces in Dantewada, Chhattisgarh. 10 soldiers were martyred due to IED blast planted by Naxals. A driver was also killed.
It is said that on the information about the presence of Maoist cadre in Aranpur police station area, DRG force was sent from Dantewada for anti-Naxal operation. While returning after the operation, the Maoists detonated an IED on Aranpur road. In this attack, 10 DRG personnel and a driver involved in the operation were killed.
