‘Madhuban’ Song: Bollywood actress Sunny Leone’s effigy trembled by Right Wing Mob

Lucknow: Accusing Bollywood actress Sunny Leone of “indecent dance” and hurting religious sentiments of Hindus in a music video, two Hindu right wing outfits tried to burn an effigy of Bollywood actress Sunny Leone here, on Sunday.

The incident took place when the activists belonging to the two bodies tried to burn the actor’s effigy objecting over song “Madhuban”. During their protest, when the activists could not burn the effigy, they crushed it under their feet.

Agitators said that on the assurance of action against the actress, they withdraw their plan to burn the effigy.

Last week, a section of priests in Vridavan too had expressed objection over the video.
