New Delhi: The country has recorded fresh 2,85,914 Covid-19 cases, taking the total tally to 4,00,85,116.
Acording to the Union Health Ministry data, the death toll has rose to 4,91,127 with 665 fresh fatalities, the data updated at 8 am on Wednesday stated.
Meanwhile, the active cases witnessed a decline of 5.55% to 22,23,018 of the total infections.
India records 13,824 cases reduction in the active COVID-19 in a span of 24 hours.
