Chandigarh: Former MLA Simarjit Singh Bains has surrendered before the Ludhiana court in the rape case on Monday.
In this case, Bains was declared a proclaimed offender. His brother has already been arrested while a PA was also arrested. Bains had also put up a post on Facebook before surrendering.
Bains says he has full faith in the judicial system and the truth will prevail soon in front of everyone.
