New Delhi: A folk singer from Czech has died after deliberately contracted COVID-19, his family said.
Hana Horka, 57, vocalist for the band Asonance, died on Sunday, her son Jan Rek said adding that she voluntarily exposed herself to the coronavirus after family, got infected to virus before Christmas.
Two days before her deaths, she posted on the social media, “I survived. It was intense.”
“So now there will be the theatre, sauna, a concert… and an urgent trip to the sea,” she added.
