Cricketer Rishabh Pant meets with a road accident, condition critical

New Delhi: Team India’s wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant has met with an accident. He was going from Delhi to Roorkee, Uttarakhand. Rishabh’s car collided with the railing and after that it caught fire. Pant has suffered more injuries on his leg and forehead. He has been referred to Delhi in critical condition.

Rishabh Pant was given a break by Team India due to injury.

According to the information, Pant was returning home from Delhi. They had reached Hammadpur Jhal in Roorkee and there was an accident of the car. According to the news, he has been referred to Delhi in critical condition.

Pant has suffered more injuries on his forehead, back and legs. At present, his condition remains stable. Rishabh can undergo plastic surgery.

Rishabh’s car collided with a railing. After this, the car caught fire. However, before that, Rishabh had left the car. People present there said that the fire was controlled with great difficulty. After this Pant was taken to the hospital. He was admitted to Saksham Hospital on Delhi Road.

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami’s statement has come after Rishabh Pant’s accident. “If needed, Rishabh Pant will be airlifted. All medical facilities will be provided as per the need. The entire cost of his treatment will be borne by the state government. He will be given all facilities.”

Significantly, Rishabh went on a tour of Bangladesh with Team India. But due to injury, he was given a break. Pant has also been given a break from the T20 and ODI series against Sri Lanka.
