Crackdown against gangster syndicate, NIA raids 70 locations including Punjab and Haryana

New Delhi: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has taken a major action in the early hours of Tuesday. The NIA has carried out searches at 70 locations in eight states of the country. NIA teams are conducting searches at more than 70 locations in Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Delhi, Chandigarh, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh.

NIA took action in connection with the gangster case. The national agency has taken this action in connection with a case registered against the gangster and his criminal syndicate.

Apart from Lakhbir Landa, who spread terror in Canada, the NIA has raided the premises of gangsters Lawrence and Goldy Brar in Punjab.

A few days ago, Lakhbir Landa was declared a terrorist by the NIA and his near and dear ones were being constantly monitored. NIA teams have reached Gidderbaha for investigation. The investigation is currently underway and the authorities are not giving any further details about it.

Apart from this, an NIA team also conducted raids in Bathinda. The probe agency raided the house of gangster Rammi Machana at village Masana. Gangster Rammi Machana is lodged in Bathinda jail.

In Haryana’s Narnaul, the NIA raided the hideouts of gangster Surender alias Chikoo in the early hours. The NIA also raided the houses of gangster Surinder alias Chikoo in village Mohanpur and his relative living in Sector 1 of Narnaul.

During this time, the local police and CIA team also stayed with them. Earlier also, the NIA team had raided the residence of gangster Surinder alias Chikoo in Mohanpur.
