Chandigarh: The Congress has released its manifesto for the upcoming Himachal Pradesh Assembly elections. The Congress has said in the manifesto that it will provide 1 lakh jobs in the first cabinet. Also, there is a matter of restoring the old pension. Apart from this, women will be given Rs 1500 per month under Har Ghar Lakshmi. Four English medium schools will be opened in each assembly. If the government is formed at the center, the rule of 4-year service of the army will be withdrawn.
