At CES 2026, LG demonstrated how its AI systems sense conditions, process data and execute actions in real environments – what the company describes as a Sense-Think-Act operating model. Rather than limiting AI to software interfaces, LG is applying it across robots, appliances, vehicles and TVs to enable adaptive, context-aware operations.

Greeting visitors at the booth entrance, LG introduced the “In Tune” Monument – a large-scale installation composed of 38 LG OLED evo W6 TVs (Wallpaper TV), each measuring just 9 millimeters class thin. The screens were arranged to appear as if floating in midair, seamlessly synchronized to create one continuous visual canvas. When the individual screens united into a single, dynamic image, they conveyed  the message of “Innovation in tune with you.”

 Designed as a home-specialized AI robot with safety and reliability at its core, LG CLOiD operates seamlessly within real living environments. The demonstrations highlighted LG CLOiD’s physical manipulation capabilities, including finger-level dexterity and full-arm movement, as well as its integration with LG’s AI Home Platform, ThinQ™. The zone also featured the enhanced ThinQ UP and ThinQ Care services. The coordinated, proactive care that these solutions provide help transform the home into an enriched and empathetic environment that understands and responds to residents’ evolving needs.

The LG OLED evo Wallpaper TV delivered the full intensity of LG OLED TV’s new Hyper Radiant Color Technology picture quality while highlighting its ultra-slim Wallpaper Design – made possible through True Wireless connectivity. The zone also introduces LG Gallery+, a webOS-based service that displays curated art and imagery based on user preferences.

LG also presented  its new flagship OLED evo G6 and Micro RGB evo TVs powered by the α (Alpha) 11 AI Processor Gen3 which featured Dual Super Upscaling to simultaneously process two types of AI upscaling. This enhances sharpness while delivering natural and balanced images that offer the highest level of clarity and immersion. The zone also featured the 136-inch AM Micro LED TV AI, which served as a platform for large-format premium content.

The LG SIGNATURE refrigerator incorporates LLM-based conversational AI for natural-language interaction and tailored suggestions.¹ The LG SIGNATURE Smart InstaView™ refrigerator streamlines food management through ThinQ™ Food, which uses an internal camera to identify stored items, suggest recipes and recommend substitutions based on the items inside.

The LG SIGNATURE Oven Range offers functions such as Gourmet AI, which used an AI camera inside the oven to identify more than 80 dishes and automatically select the ideal cooking settings. The AI Browning feature monitors bread as it bakes and sends a notification through the ThinQ app when it reaches the preset level of doneness.

LG has also created a dedicated exhibition space titled In Tune for Everyone, which connects the company’s ESG vision of Better Life for All. Senior Congress Leader said that it was another day and another leader of AAP was in the news for the wrong reason. This time it is the “actual” and super CM of Punjab Raghav Chadha. The Enforcement Directorate has named Raghav Chadha in the supplementary chargesheet in the Delhi excise policy case.

Bajwa also termed the Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann as a dummy CM of Punjab. He said that the office of CM is in fact being handled by RS MP Raghav Chadha.

“At first, it was Delhi’s former Deputy Chief Minister, Manish Sisodia. Now AAP’s RS MP Raghav has been named in the same case. I wonder who is going to be next. Is it going to be Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal? Who knows?”, quipped Bajwa.

While citing a news report, Bajwa said that C Arvind, Manish Sisodia’s former secretary, told the ED that a meeting was held at the former deputy Chief Minister’s residence, which was also attended by Chadha. C Arvind also said in the statement that the meeting was attended by a senior IAS officer from Punjab, and several other officers from the Punjab Excise Directorate.

“Hereafter, I urge the Enforcement Directorate to continue its probe into Punjab’s liquor policy to bring it to a logical end. ED must take serious note of the same and conduct a thorough probe on Punjab’s liquor policy for 2022-23”, Bajwa added.

The airline has taken this decision due to the inability of oil companies to pay their dues.

According to the economic times report, an official of an oil marketing company said that Go First is operating on cash and carry mode. That is, airlines have to pay for air fuel according to the number of flights they have to fly every day. The airlines have agreed that the vendor can shut down the business if payments are not made.

The cash flow of Go First airline has been severely affected. More than half of the airline’s planes are unable to fly because Airbus is unable to supply Pratt & Whitney engines for the A320 neo planes that power the Airbus A320neo planes.

GoFirst airline is looking for strategic investors and is also talking to several investors to invest in the airline.

Likewise, he said that this will also facilitate the employees as they will be able to attend the social functions after the office hours. Similarly, Bhagwant Mann said that the employees will also be able to spend more time with their children who will also come home at the same time.

Mann said that this decision is likely to save 350 MW of power daily in government offices thereby curtailing the power expenditure of the government offices considerably. He said that as per statistics of the POWERCOM 1:30 pm to 4 pm is the peak hour of the power usage but as now the offices will be closed at 2 pm so it will help in cutting power usage. Bhagwant Mann said that on an average Rs 16- Rs 17 crore will be saved every month adding that from May 2- July 15, the state government is expected to save Rs 40- Rs 42 crore.

He said that the new time table will also ensure that maximum sunlight is utilized in the government offices. He said that after July 15 the decision will be reviewed after taking feedback from all the stakeholders, especially the common man. Bhagwant Mann assured the people that the state government will take more such citizen centric decisions in the coming days too for which advance planning has already been done.

Mann said that not only power but it will also help in managing the traffic movement efficiently. He said that many other states have been enquiring about this step and it is likely to be replicated in other states too. Bhagwant Mann envisioned that in big cities like Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi and others such steps can help in streamlining the traffic chaos thereby giving much needed respite to common man.

A 5-judge Constitution bench of the Supreme Court has given this decision. The bench has said that the Supreme Court can give such an order by using the special power given under Article 142 of the Constitution.

Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, provides that if the husband and wife can apply for divorce by mutual consent, then the family court can apply for divorce. But due to the high number of cases in the family court, it takes time to come before the judge for hearing the application.

After this, the first motion of divorce is issued, but the second motion i.e. a formal decree of divorce has to wait for 6 months.

The Supreme Court had earlier ordered divorce on its behalf using Article 142 on the ground that it was impossible to continue the marriage in many cases. Article 142 provides that in the interest of justice, the Supreme Court can pass any order, bypassing legal formalities.

Anurag Chandra, a resident of Riverside County, was found guilty on Friday of attempted murder and the murder of three boys, the New York Post reported.

Chandra is likely to be sentenced to life imprisonment on July 14 and there is a possibility that he may never get parole, the paper said.

The incident took place on January 19, 2020, when some boys had rung the bell of Chandra’s house in a fit of rage. Chandra said a boy had teased her before running away with a bell ringing. He had killed all three 16-year-old boys by ramming them under a vehicle.
