BEIRUT (Reuters) – At least two people were killed when a car bomb exploded at the entrance of a town in the Syrian province of Hama on Saturday, state television reported.
The explosion occurred hours after a cessation of hostilities came into effect in Syria as part of a U.S. and Russian plan.
