Chandigarh: Moga police have registered a case against ASI Prabhdyal Singh and Head Constable Gurwinder Singh of police for helping gangster Sukhdul Singh alias Sukha Duneke to flee to Canada in 2017 by obtaining passport and police clearance certificate on forged documents.
Surprisingly there are seven criminal cases registered against the gangster. The police have registered a case against Duneke in this case as well. The arrest of the policemen have not been made so far.
