New Delhi: The Supreme Court has sent notices to all parties on the rebel Shiv Sena MLAs, led by minister Eknath Shinde faction’s plea.
A reply to the notice has been sought within five days. The next hearing on the case will be on July 11.
Meanwhile, MNS chief Raj Thackeray’s meeting with Bala Nandgaonkar and Nitin Sardesai is over. Bala Nandgaonkar said that in the current political situation, the MNS is in the role of wait and watch. He refused to talk about the merger of the Shinde faction with the MNS. He said it would be too early to comment on it right now.
Maharashtra CM Thackeray reshuffled the departments of ministers and removed 9 rebel ministers from the cabinet.
