Chandigarh: The National Investigation Agency (NIA), which is probing the Ludhiana court bomb blast case, said it was an international conspiracy.
The agency has named Harpreet Singh alias Happy Malaysia of village Mandi Kalan as an accused. Along with this, a cash reward of Rs 10 lakh has been announced on his head. In May this year, the NIA and Ludhiana police had arrested nine persons in separate operations.
Among those arrested is a minor, who specialises in internet calls. The main accused was formerly Germany-based Khalistani terrorist Jaswinder Singh Multani. The police had claimed that the explosive material was delivered from Pakistan through drones. Happy Malaysia’s name has cropped up in this case for the first time.
