New Delhi:A major accident was averted at the Kochi airport on Friday. An Air Arabia flight (G9-426) to Kochi, which left Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), was reported hydraulic failure in the flight at the time of landing. However, the plane landed safely.
All the 222 passengers and 7 crew members on board are safe. The Kochi International Airport Authority confirmed this information.
An emergency was imposed at Kochi airport during the landing of an Air Arabia flight. The flight operations later resumed. The first flight left for Chennai from IndiGo.
