New Delhi: In view of the festival season, the Railways has now released a WhatsApp chatbot number with an aim to provide better facilities to passengers, so that passengers can track their PNR status and real-time train details on WhatsApp. This new feature has been introduced by Mumbai-based start-up – Relofi. With the help of this, passengers are allowed to track their journey directly on WhatsApp in just one tap.
This feature is to track train status or other details. WhatsApp chatbot is used to get PNR status, live train status, details of previous railway stations, upcoming stations and other train travel details. For this, you have to enter the 10-digit PNR number in the chatbot and you will get all the information. You can also dial 139 for train status.
Passengers can also order food while travelling in the train
Through the app, passengers can also order their food while traveling by train. Passengers can order food online using irctc app jupe. To order food online using Jupe, you can use the WhatsApp chatbot number +91 7042062070. Railway officials say that in view of the festive season, WhatsApp chatbot has been started in view of the convenience of passengers towards the railways.
How to check PNR status and live train status on WhatsApp
First of all, save Relofi’s WhatsApp chatbot number +91-9881193322 in your phone contacts. Update the WhatsApp application. After this, open WhatsApp and refresh your contact list. Then search and open Relofi’s chat window. After this, enter your 10-digit PNR number and send it to whatsApp chat. The Relofi chatbot will send you all the details including alerts and real-time updates about your train journey.
