Indian man shot dead by masked assailants in US; wife, daughter injured

New York: A 52-year-old Indian man has died in the US after three masked men opened fire at him. His wife and daughter were injured in the firing. Pinal Patel and his family had arrived home from work when three masked men gunned down targeted them last week on Thoroughbred Lane in Georgia, the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office said.

Patel’s wife Rupalben and daughter Bhakti were injured in the incident. The condition of the injured is out of danger. After the firing, the attackers boarded a vehicle parked on the road and fled. A fourth person was also in the vehicle. There was no robbery in the house.
