Jalandhar: In a sensational match, India beat England by 151 runs to take 1-0 lead in the five match Test series at Lord’s.
Siraj took 8 wickets in the match. England managed to score only 120 in the second inning while chasing 272 runs.
Earlier, Shami and Bumrah put up an unbeaten 89 runs for the ninth wicket to frustrate England, which had reduced India to 209/8 on what turned out to be fractious morning’s play.
England players failed to stand in front of India pacers and all out in 51.5 overs.
