New Delhi: In the T20 World Cup Super 12 match between India and Bangladesh, Team India won by 5 runs under the DLS method in Adelaide on Wednesday.
Bangladesh got a revised target of 151 runs in 16 overs to win due to rain. However, it could only score 145 runs after losing his 6 wickets. Liton Das played a brilliant innings of 60 runs, Nazmul Hossain Shanto (21 runs) also supported him well. However, no other Bangladesh player could stay at the crease and this is what proved to be a boon for India. Arshdeep Singh and Hardik Pandya took two wickets each. Virat Kohli was adjudged ‘Player of the Match’ for his explosive innings of 64 not out.
