New York: Twitter’s owner Elon Musk has said that he will resign as the chief executive of the social media company when he finds someone foolish for the position.
“I will resign as CEO as soon as I find someone foolish enough to take the job! After that, I will just run the software & servers teams,” Musk tweeted on Tuesday. After that I will just run the software and server team.
The move came after people voted him out after 51-year-old billionaire ran a poll on Twitter where he asked people if he should step down as the company’s CEO.
Musk had took over twitter after finalising a deal with $44 billion in October. He has been marked by chaos and controversy since the takeover.
