Gujarat AAP chief Gopal Italia released a few hours after detained by Delhi Police

New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party’s Gujarat unit president Gopal Italia was on Thursday detained by the police here for allegedly making objectionable remarks against Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He was released by the police a few hours later.

He had appeared at the office of the National Commission for Women on charges of insulting a woman in an earlier case. After this, the Delhi Police took him into custody.
