Dog-walking IAS couple shifted to Ladakh, Arunachal Pradesh from Delhi

New Delhi: The IAS husband and wife found it very expensive to walk their dog inside the stadium in Delhi as both have been transferred hundreds of kilometres away from Delhi after a case of vacating the stadium for a dog walk came to light.

IAS officer Sanjeev Khirwar has been transferred to Ladakh while his wife Rinku Dugga has been sent to Arunachal Pradesh.
