CWG: 43 out of 72 countries clinch medals, Australia remains at the top; Here’s the full list

Birmingham: The Ongoing Commonwealth Games 2022 in Birmingham concluded on Monday. More than 5,000 athletes from 72 countries participated in the Games, which were held from July 28 to August 8. A total of 877 medals, including 280 gold medals, were distributed here.

Out of 72 countries, 43 countries were those who put at least one medal in their bag. Australia topped here. It got a total of 178 medals including 67 gold.

Hosts England finished second with a total of 176 medals, including 57 gold. The English players worked hard to bring their country to number one, but they fell 10 gold behind the Australian athletes. However, in the overall medals, England was behind by only 2 medals.

This time Canada’s performance was amazing. Canada won 92 medals with 26 gold. India finished at number four here. India won a total of 61 medals, including 22 gold. See the full list of medals won by which country in the Commonwealth Games 2022…
