Chandigarh: Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Punjab Dr S Karuna Raju has tested positive for COVID-19 on Sunday.
Elections Commission has shared this news by twitter and said, “CEO Punjab Dr. S. Karuna Raju, IAS, Asymptomatic tested COVID positive. Under isolation at home taking all precautions as per COVID protocol. Those who came in contact with him in last few days, kindly get tested and take care.”
CEO held various departments meetings and also addressed media after model-Code-of-conduct has been enforced in the state on Saturday afternoon.
