A year-over-year comparison reveals how CES transitioned from showcasing ideas to validating business models.

Las Vegas: The contrast between CES 2025 and CES 2026 is stark. While CES 2025 focused on proving the possibilities of artificial intelligence, extended reality, and robotics, CES 2026 emphasized execution, deployment, and monetization.

In 2025, exhibitors leaned heavily on generative AI demonstrations, early XR experiences, and conceptual robotics. The emphasis was on imagination and future potential. Investors explored broadly, and startups focused on visibility rather than revenue.

By 2026, the tone had changed. Autonomous AI agents replaced copilots. XR moved from entertainment to enterprise training, broadcasting, and commerce. Robotics appeared not as prototypes but as deployed systems in logistics, healthcare, and manufacturing.

Most notably, CES 2026 reflected a market correction. Investors were selective, enterprises demanded ROI, and partnerships outweighed publicity. Companies that could demonstrate real customers, operating margins, and scalability dominated the conversation.

CES 2026 did not feel louder — it felt more serious.

The implication is clear: the era of experimentation has ended. The era of commercialization has begun.

Led by global Hyundai, the new Verna has appeared with a new style theme, from what we have seen so far, it seems that its interior is full of features.

The new Verna will debut with a 1.5L turbo petrol engine, this engine is capable of generating power of 160 PS, as well as will come with a DCT automatic gearbox. As the second engine, the 1.5L will be naturally aspirated with iVT or CVT gearbox option and a 6-speed manual.

In the new Verna, you will get to see a 10.25-inch touchscreen which is connected to the digital instrument cluster. The cluster unit is a TFT display while the touchscreen is an HD unit. This is a big change from the previous verna. In which a small unit was given. At the same time, the new Verna also has the largest touchscreen.

In terms of interior style, it gets horizon positioning LED lamps and DRLs, which run in the width of the car, while connected LED tail lamps are also provided at the rear. It is a unique styling point and also makes the car wider.

The new Verna gets front-heated seats that are also ventilated, which are not found in rivals. Usually only ventilated seats are seen, heated seats are mostly found in expensive luxury cars.

The new Verna also has a switchable type infotainment and climate controller.

Talking about the sound system, the new Verna will get to see an 8-speaker BOSE audio system.

New Delhi: Microblogging site Twitter has closed two of its three offices in India. Along with this, the company has asked all its employees to work from home.

Twitter has taken this step for cost cutting. Last year, Twitter fired nearly 90 per cent of its India office employees. It affected more than 200 people.

After this decision, the company had decided to close its Mumbai and New Delhi. At the same time, the company’s office in Bengaluru will continue to operate.

Only after Elon Musk took over the company, 50 percent of its employees were fired from the job. Musk bought Twitter for $ 44 billion. Since then, they are constantly trying to reduce the company’s expenses to recover their money.

Musk first fired the company’s then CEO Parag Agarwal. Apart from this, he fired at the company and many top officials.

Musk had emailed the employees who were victims of layoffs, saying that it was a difficult decision, but it was necessary to improve the situation of the company.

Along with this, in January 2023, Musk had expressed hope that by the end of 2023, there could be something better in the situation of Twitter.

Twitter had also launched new features like ‘Paid Blue Subscription’ to get a blue tick.

Chief Executive Officer Eric Yuan gave this information through the company’s official blog on Tuesday. Describing the affected employees as “hardworking, talented colleagues”, Yuan said us employees will receive an email and all non-US employees will be notified according to local requirements.

“If you’re a US-based employee who’s been affected, you’ll receive an email in your Zoom and personal inbox in the next 30 minutes. It will read [IMPACTED] departing zoom: what you need to know. Non-U.S. employees will be notified following local requirements.

Employees who have been affected in the U.S. will be offered 16 weeks of pay and healthcare coverage, payment of financial 2023 annual bonuses earned based on company performance, RSUs (restricted stock units) and stock option vestings for six months for U.S. employees and August 9 for non-U.S. employees until 2023.

Like Zoom, many other technology firms have also laid off employees recently. In fact, during the Covid-19 epidemic, people were working from home, so the global demand for communication software and services increased suddenly.
