New Delhi: Australia defeated India by 10 wickets in the second ODI to level the three-match series 1-1 here. The Indian star batsmen could not stand in front of the fast bowling of Australian bowler Mitchell Starc and the whole team was bowled out for 117 runs in 26 overs.
Starc took five wickets for 53 runs. Chasing the target, Australia chased down the target in just 11 overs with the help of unbeaten half-centuries from openers Travis Head and Mitchell Marsh.
In the 50-over match, the Australian batsmen faced only 66 balls. Travis Head (51) and Mitchell Marsh (66) were the top scorers for the visitors. Both the openers stayed on the field till the victory.
