New Delhi: A SpiceJet aircraft had to make a landing after a technical snag. According to information, the outer part of the P2 side windshield was broken during the cruise on SpiceJet’s flight number SG 3324, which was flying from Kandla to Mumbai. After which the plane made a safe landing.
Talking about the landing, a SpiceJet spokesperson said, “On July 5, 2022, SpiceJet was operating Q400 aircraft SG 3324 (Kandla-Mumbai), during which there was a crack in the P2 side windshield outer pen on the FL230. However, the plane has landed safely in Mumbai.”
The SpiceJet flight took off from Kandla in Gujarat to Mumbai. But in the middle air the windshield of the ship cracked. It is being told that it was crushed due to the pressure in the outer window of the aircraft more than normal. After which the plane was safely landed at The Mumbai Airport, a SpiceJet spokesperson said all passengers and air staff on board have been deboarded from the protected aircraft.
This is the seventh such incident related to a SpiceJet aircraft in the last 17 days. Today, due to a malfunction in the fuel indicator, the SpiceJet SG-11 flight from Delhi to Dubai was made to land in Karachi, Pakistan.
The news about the landing revealed that this landing was done due to technical reasons. But later a statement from a SpiceJet spokesperson came out, in which he said that the flight had a normal landing. All passengers are safe.
