Summer Tips: Burning sensation in the stomach, eat these cold things to get relief

When we eat something in the food that is not easily digested, then heat, acidity and many different kinds of problems begin to arise in the stomach. Pimples, constipation and abdominal pain also start when there is dyspepsia in the stomach. If you feel that the stomach is getting hot then you can take some home remedies. Eat things that are cold. Let’s know what to eat when there is dyspepsia in the stomach.

Peppermint – If you are getting hot in your stomach then consume mint. Peppermint has anti-oxidant, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and medicinal properties, which prevent heat, irritation and acids from forming in the stomach. Not only this, but mint is also cold which cools the stomach.

Fennel – The fennel is quite cold, eating fennel in the heat gives coolness to the stomach. Eating fennel keeps stomach troubles away in the heat. This provides relief in gas, stomach heat and irritation.

Cardamom- You should also eat cardamom in the heat. The taseer of elaichi is very cold, it cools the stomach. If you are getting acid in the stomach then consume cardamom. Try drinking cardamom tea in the heat.

Tulsi- Tulsi contains some elements that protect against the formation of acid in the stomach. Consuming tulsi helps in digesting spicy food. Eating tulsi juice or leaves removes stomach troubles.
