Ludhiana: Punjab police have pasted posters of Lok Insaaf Party chief and former MLA Simarjit Singh Bains and six of his associates in Ludhiana on Tuesday, who were declared absconders by the court in the rape case recently.
Posters have been put up at different places, appealing people for information about their whereabouts to police as they are absconding, people said.
Bains was declared PO last month in a rape case of 44-year-old woman after he failed to appear before the district court.
