Mumbai: Troubles are mounting for actress Jacqueline Fernandez, ever since the infamous and biggest multi-crore extortion racket in Delhi involving the fraudster Sukesh Chandrashekhar, cropped her name.
The actress is on the radar of the central investigating agency and also grilled by officials on various occasions.
In yet another trouble, Chandrashekhar, in a statement issued through his lawyer, said, “I was in a relationship with Jacqueline and that was the reason I have given gifts to her. Any kind of transaction that took place is about my personal life and none of the amount used in the gifts was part of any proceeds and the court will decide if it was. She has nothing to do with the case,” the statement read.
